Tomáš Halenka, leader of WP2 of the Geohazards project, attended the Scoping Meeting for Special Report on Climate Change and Cities, which was organized by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in Riga (Latvia) between 16 and 19 April 2024.
